Zilwo ships eligible orders across India. Delivery availability may vary by PIN code, courier serviceability and product type.

Order processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. We aim to dispatch orders promptly; dispatch and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can change during high-demand periods, holidays or courier disruptions.

Shipping address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code and contact number at checkout. Zilwo is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Tracking and delivery

Where tracking is available, we will share it using the contact details provided with the order. Please inspect the parcel when it arrives and report visible transit damage as soon as possible.
